Good lord--what could have been so taxing to the mighty Avengers as to send Jarvis hustling to the medicine cabinet, so that he could have a tray of aspirin at the ready as soon as they got off their elevator?
It wasn't the return of Fabian Stankowicz, but perhaps a situation just as annoying and unexpected. Not to mention potentially embarrassing.
This would have made for quite the repair call. "Hey, Joe, you'll never guess! We gotta go over to Avengers Mansion--the entire team is stuck in their elevator! Haw! Haw!" Man, those guys would have ended up having the debriefing of their lives.
Fortunately, the Avengers didn't panic. The size-changers among them shrunk down to alleviate the crowded conditions, and the Vision simply phased his way through the wall. And who needs to call a repairman when you've got Iron Man and Scott Lang on the job?
