Rhymes With "Witch"

Wow! What made the Scarlet Witch go from picking flowers...

...to picking fights!?

We can probably lay the blame at this development:

Afterward, let's just say that Wanda went through a period which made Quicksilver look like a human rights advocate.

Wanda eventually got over her mad-on against humans. But as far as returning to the Wanda who quoted poetry out of the blue, you can forget it. In fact, her quotes from this point on were just a tad more assertive:

To say nothing of her gestures:

Which is all a prelude to another post, where we'll see Wanda really go off the deep end.  And rather than sticking it to the Man, she ends up sticking it to the Wonder Man:

Jeez, love does hurt.

You know what really bums me out...Hank Pym hits Jan and he never hears the end of it and is lauded as a wife-beater, but Wanda hits her and nothing is ever mentioned[!!!!!].

lauded? I've only heard negative views of wife-beating.

Just to clarify by 'lauded' I mean its all hes ever known for these days [hitting Jan] instead of all the good things hes done. Barely an issue goes by without some mention if it.

I see. That's not what "lauded" means so I was confused.
