Name This Marvel Villain??
If this guy takes a liking to you, watch out. He just might be evaluating you, to see if you meet his high standards. Though really, he feels that way about everyone. And if you fail to measure up--well, let's just say he doesn't believe in giving second chances. Or do you think that's a toy gun he's holding? In fact, his gun is really the only thing that kept his opponents at bay--other than the fact that he's certifiable.
He even has a calling card:
Elusive as hell, Foolkiller left many homicides in his wake, and gave Marvel's heroes a run for their money--until one of them was finally able to put him away for good. Which turned out for the best, since he was on the verge of killing himself due to an offhand comment by a homeless person he encountered. I certainly hope you were able to guess his identity--otherwise, he might very well be gunning for YOU.

I pity the fool who messes with the Foolkiller! I remembered the costume from his bio in an issue of the Marvel Universe Handbook I have from childhood- is he more cowboy or pirate?
Hard to say! I suppose the Foolkiller chose a costume that perhaps caters to the poet in him. Yet in terms of his homicidal mission, I'd call it almost foolish. Though not to his face. :)
